Accounting

The department manages and organizes the overall financial and accounting activities of FoodRDI according to the Accounting Act, the Regulations of the SAA, the Rules of Procedure of FoodRDI and all other applicable regulations.

1. Operates in accordance with international and national accounting standards set VAT № 20/2004 on budgetary organizations.

2. The department provides financial activities FoodRDI - Plovdiv:

 • Prepare and submit a draft annual budget and annual periodic reports on its implementation.

 • Analyze monthly income and expenses in the budget of the Institute and proposing measures related to financial discipline and

     accountability.

• Develop analyzes of Investment Policy Institute, the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets.

 • Help guide the proper and lawful use of financial resources and the protection of property.

 • Prepare an official and roll establishment plan of the institute, in line with the budget estimate and the Rules of the Institute.
