Performs science and applied researches in the field of technologies for preservation fruits and vegetables through sterilization, pasteurization, concentration, drying and biopreservation intended for production of new child, school children foods, functional foods, added value food products like different fruit and vegetable juices, beverages and concentrates.
Develops and implement new technologies and packaging materials for processing canned vegetarian, mixed vegetarian and meat and meat ready-to-eat meals.
